Most of our friends and family knew we didn't go for honey moon after we get married. First is budget, 2nd is time. We immediately start working after our wedding day. No fancy honey moon. So I treated this as our honey moon trip ! ☺ I never went travelling with bei alone, even during our date time. Haha. This KK Trip is really the first time. We booked the tickets one year ago.
Once we landed KK, we grab from airport to our hotel Wah May Hotel. Then walked to
Fook Yuen for our breakfast.
Entrance fee for Malaysian is RM2 per adult.
Grab to Tanjung Aru Beach, didn't expect it to be empty now, no more food court selling variety of foods.
Stayed there less than 15 mins cos it started to rain. Grab back to hotel again. Walked to waterfront and it started to sunny again.
Collected our rented car Proton Saga VVT at Suria KK and drove to nearby petrol station to refill petrol. End our night at Suria KK.
2nd day, we drove to Kundasang and Ranau.
On the way to Kundasang, we stopped by rumah terbalik which is same way to Kundasang. Entrance fee is RM12.70 per person.

Continue drove to Kundasang. Weather was just fine. The car we rent really powerful even it's auto hehe.

Had quick lunch at KFC Kundasang. Then contine to
Desa Dairy Farm. I came here every time I'm in KK, bei never came here before this.
Ordered Gelato. RM5 each.
Walked to the barn to see the cows.
Bought 2 sets of milk and grass to feed the calf and goat. :D
Stayed for a while then continue our journey to Ranau. First stop at
Sg. Moroli Fish Spa. Entrance is RM5 / person + camera fee RM3 per group and there is time limit, i remembered around 15 mins and they will called said times up.
From fish spa, continue drive to Poring Hot Spring till we see this. We never see the Rafflesia before, so decided to check it out. We paid RM20 per person to view the flower and they gave us free for the rabbit farm entrance.
It's this Rafflesia's last day. After that, it will die.
This flower will only bloom sometime next year, and it's not guarantee it will success yet.
Then continue with Poring Hot Spring. We chosen the public one cos private one need to pay RM10 each person for 1 hour only. The hot water from tap super slow. We waited almost 40mins for the tub to full.
Leave after 1 and 1/2 hour cos almost 4pm and we need to go down to town.
When we went down the fog were so serious. Scary bcos can't see at all whats in front.
Love love seafood but I think I'm allergy with prawn or crabs because whenever I eat them, my nose itchy !
3rd day is island hopping day. We woke up with dark and rainy day outside, almost cancel our island hoping, but luckily turned sunny after a while.
Had our breakfast at 金沙园生肉面. Drove our rented car to Jesselton to return. The car super save petrol. We refilled petrol before we went Kundasang, come back from Kundasang with 3 petrol bars when we returned the car.
We randomly select a travel counter and purchase our package there. RM50/ person for 2 islands with safety vest and snorkeling goggles.
This is my husband's 1st time snorkeling. Our 1st stop is mamutik island. Lots of tourists. Rented a safety box then start snorkeling.
We also had meals at the cafe twice, very expensive to eat on island but no choice. We reached mamutik at 10am and only hope to Sapi island on 2pm. Once reached Sapi immediately run to the beach and start snorkeling. Shall go to Sapi only la cos Sapi Island more clear and more fishes !! We only managed to snorkeling there around 40mins.
Our boat came picked us at 2pm and back to Jesselton Point. Then, we walked back to our hotel with wet body and clothes haha.
Bathed, then brought our dirty clothes to nearby coins dobi. Bought some souvenir nearby while waiting for our laundry to be done then wait at Starbucks.
Grab back to our hotel with freshly clean laundry hehe. Then walked to Suria Sabah to have dinner at their food court.
Then some students doing charity there and approached us when we walked around. Donate RM10 and draw on the brick provided. So bei did as instructed.
I recorded how he drew and place the brick on the brick wall. Everyone suddenly clap to thank you us, we're shocked. Haha.
Heavy rain when we about to walk back hotel, so we went nearby coffee shop to chill. We went
Nook Cafe.
4th day, another raining morning. Woke a bit late today. Went sunday market under our hotel.
Bought this from an Indian Calligraphy Uncle Hehe. So pretty.
Had late breakfast at
Sabah Chilli Pan Mee at Gaya Street. Bei love it so much. You need to add the chili as much as you like. I only added a bit cos i dont really take spicy food. I ordered normal pan mee and bei ordered curry mee.
Back hotel after brunch, then Grab to Imago again. Cannot count how many times we went Imago dy hehe. Then had late lunch at
Lucy's Kitchen.

Their price are more to high side. Bei kept nagged me for order the fried rice with chicken wings cos it costed RM18.
Grab back to hotel around 3pm+. Raining again.
Chilled in hotel room, then out for food again ! Back to Chilli Pan Mee again bcos we got RM5 voucher from lunch. So utilized it lah. Ordered own pan mee and rice, then ordered meat ball soup, fried chicken. Mostly recommended by the waiter.
After the dinner, my lips corner started hurt haha i guess too heaty dy all the food we ate. Walked back to hotel and packing. Almost overweight. 😏
Last day, checked out and grab to airport earlier. Beauty view of the mount KK from airport.
Enjoyed this trip really much together with the husband. Enjoyed the journey, the time together. Looking forward for another trip with my love one.
