Dr. Oetker Nona Donut Mix

I requested Dr. Oetker Nona Donut Mix free sample earlier from their website and got this last week. And finally used it while waiting for the husband to off duty.

I'm a noob on cooking / baking. And glad this is super easy, just follow the instruction given.

Just mixed all the ingredients provided and add 1 egg, oil & water. Put aside for 40minutes until turn hard.

Roll and roll.

Then cut the shape out using the mould given in the packet.


Heat oil to 180c and fry it with low heat. Mine used high heat that's why so dark. But it taste superb !
