Pregnancy updates -33 weeks

 Follow up at GH on 6/3/2020. Everything okay. Babies are well.

8/3/2020 - Follow up again @ UTC. Everything okay too. 

Husband is working in brunei now, with the increase number of confirmed covid case in Brunei, dad suggested bei don't come back daily like he used to do. Just in case there is any virus he bring back home. So started on 9/3/2020 he didn't come back Miri but stayed at Brunei. I stayed at my parent's home. The last day he went back to pack his stuff, i can only see him from car without any contacts. We cried like we will seperate for years. 

Wanted to record babies movement and send to the husband, recorded super big wave of my stomach haha. 

Mummy also helped me to buy some confinement stuffs.

On 18/3/2020, Malaysia announced Movement Control Order. All the malls are close, except coffee shop allowed tapao or delivery and supermarket.

On 21/3/2020, i realized my body full of rashes and super itchy. 

25/3/2020 -Since UTC were closed during MCO, my follow up changed to KK Ibu & Anak Tanjong.  I had follow up with Dr, told her my rashes and she gave me ointments. Diagnosed as PUPPP Rash during pregnancy. 

26/3/2020, follow up again @ KK Ibu & Anak Tanjong with nurses. Babies are well. 

Husband is back to Miri ! But need quarantine till MCO finished as instructed, so i can't go home yet. 

30/3/2020, need to take blood at GH. Panaroid to go there.. Done in half hour.

Kena poked both hands, cos no blood out.

Pregnancy Updates - 28 weeks

Sick leave on 19/2/2020 cos my cough just won't stop. Went to see dr get medicine and also had our ultrasound scan. Wanted to have 3D scan but babies not co-operating so only managed to scan 2D. Babies are weight at around 1.18KG each.

On 21/2/2020 I went to the talk by Hospital Miri for diabetes for pregnant women. Learned that what are good what are bad for us and quantity shall be taken.

24/2/2020 followed up at UTC, Bei not working as Brunei is holiday, he went with me but they don't allowed him to go in for safety purpose as in the clinic mostly pregnant mummies. So i asked him to leave instead of waiting me outside the clinic. My appointment was 8am, 10am till my turn. Nurse said everything goods. 

Since I'm entering 3rd trimester now, my appointment at klinik kesihatan became 2 weeks once instead of 1 month once.

Managed to record babies moving and kicking in my stomach at night before sleep time. I also start record my babies' kick with apps as advise by Dr.

Pregnancy Updates : Oral Glucose Tolerance Test (OGTT) in Pregnancy (25 weeks)

This is a guideline of how OGTT works. 

Had my OGTT on 30/1/2020 which is on CNY day 6. Tried my best to control my CNY foods and snacks. Had to fasting from 10pm a night before. Reached at 8am, took my blood and it's 5.3. Given 75mg glucose drinks, waited 2 hours at the clinic. Then test again my glucose and it's 7.5. 

Met Dr and she said i failed the fasting one but passed the after 2 hours one. So she asked me to check at home since i have the device myself on that weekend. 

31/1/2020 - before breakfast (5.3) and 2 hours after breakfast (7.0). 

1/2/2020 - 2 hours after lunch (5.7)

2/2/2020 - 2 hours after dinner (6.8)

Blood test appointment at GH for my thyroid on 3/2/2020. Went there earlier and only found a parking after 4 rounds. Today got more people, so done around 20 minutes. But their service very fast lah.

Then drove to UTC cos i need to submit my blood glucose results i got from weekend after i failed my 1st glucose test earlier. Dr still said it's still failed haiz. Monitor another week again. Need to check my glucose at home this weekend again. Means chap goh meh and bei's birthday i cannot eat so much hao liao. ☹️

Dr also assigned me to meet nurses at nursing home on 21/2/2020 @ 930am. This is to let us know what kind of food and drinks we shall avoid or more info about glucose in pregnancy. 

Hope i able to pass my result this weekend.

Feeling my babies' 1st kick and managed to record it down and sent to bei. ♥

13/1/2020

Followed up @ UTC, waited since 930am till 1130am. Looking at most of the people behind me had entered the consultation room, bei went and asked the nurses, the current patient are 6 numbers behind me, nurse asked me where i went just now because they called my name i didn't come in the room. I told the nurse i never leaves my seats, even i wan pee also don't dare go away. I just sit right in front the room. Sigh wasted few hours waiting. 

My HB is still 11, which is consider low cos twins. And also got injection 2nd dose. Babies' heart beats are good and healthy. 2nd time listening to their heart beats. ♥ 

Got my MOGTT appointment on 30.1.2020, which is 6th days of CNY. Need to control my food and drinks during CNY. 😓

19/1/2020

Went 2D scan at private clinic, waited 1 and 1/2 hour. 4 women in front me queuing for scan. Babies were super active, pushing each other in my womb. Baby 1 facing inwards me so can't see side face. Baby 2 very clear. Heart beats are good too. ♥

All i wish for are their healthiness. God bless.

Pregnancy Updates - 18 weeks

Went for my scan at private clinic on 19/11/2019. Dr asked if we knew the gender already, we said no. So he proceed his scan and suddenly said : "okay baby one is confirmed boy." Mum was excited and asked how dr see from the scan. Dr show her baby's bird very clearly hahaha.

Baby 2 can't see clearly yet because legs closed. Baby 1 was 40g, Baby 2 was 57g. And also first time heard their heart beats ! Dr said baby 2 is bigger in size.

Went for blood test at GH on 29/11/2019. Done within 5 minutes. 

Went GH to follow up at combine clinic alone on 6/12/2019. Reached there at 8am, done at 1030am including medication. 

Follow up at UTC at 11/12/2019. UTC is once a month. Appointment was 10am. Reached at 930am, my turn at 1045am and done at 1115am, quite fast this time, the last time my appointment was 8am, wait until 1230pm to reach my turn, really want cry. Had my first dose injection on my left arm. Nurse said will felt weak on my arm for 3 days. And it's my 2nd time listen to babies' heartbeats. Nurse said got heartbeats must injection dy. Another dose on next month.

Bumpfie taken at 17 weeks.

Going for another scan tomorrow. Hope everything is well and babies are healthy. 

How i found out I'm Pregnant / Suffer with morning sickness

I usually have tender breast for 2 weeks before my period. But this time, I had tender breast for 1 whole month. So i took a pregnancy test to test. I standby pregnancy tests at home one, just in case I'm really pregnant i need to see DR asap to check on my thyroid etc.

On 10/9, i pee on the test and continue bath. That was evening time when i back from work. 

So it show like this, i was like ey, why macam got faint line, cos i used to see 1 deep line only. I sent this photo to a friend who just gave birth months ago, to double confirm with her. She said faint line also means pregnant. 

So i test another brand again, still faint line.

Went out at night to buy clear blue and another brand of pregnancy tests.. Argh this time clearly its double lines liao.

So i kept all the test kits till bei came back from his work, i told him i got him a wedding anniversary gift. He said haaaaa i didnt prepare you anything le why you buy me gift... Then i passed him the tests. He smile and said "you prank me ha?" Watched too much prank video dy. I told him i no so eng to prank you with other woman de pee sticks lo. He was super excited. 

The next morning, first thing in the morning to pee on my clear blue test which cost me RM47.90. Wahhh confirmed pregnant liao hahaha. 

Went to work as usual and went see Dr. Teo to confirm everything. But still too small can't see yet cos only 2-3 weeks. Gave me duphaston, calcium and folid acid. 

That's how i found out haha. On 24/9 i had really serious morning sickness, vomit 10 times + in a morning, can't stand went our panel dr to ask for help and also scan. He scan and he said suspected twin. We're like OMG ! That's why my morning sickness double up with normal pregnant woman.

Dr wrote a referral letter for me to go GH for further checking and confirmation. So got sick leave that afternoon and went GH with bei. And they confirmed twin pregnancy.

On 4/10 i went our panel dr again cos vomit none stop again, the anti vomit medication not works for me. Dr tested my urine ketone he said 1+, a little bit dehydrated. Gave me oral salt to take. On 7/10, went back to the dr again bcos i really felt unwell and weak. Tested my ketone, it's 3+. Dr told me you need to admit to hospital for drip. 

Went hospital again with the referral letter and admitted that evening. Stayed one night in the hospital alone and had 6 packs of drip. No family members allowed to stay overnight unless female only. Vomit controlled, feeling much better after a night. Discharged next day night time after all the blood test checking and discharge letter etc. 

After a night at hospital, my morning sickness under controlled and not as worse as before. 

Buku Rekod Kesihatan Ibu / Pink book

Finally got my pink book (Rekod Kesihatan Ibu) at my 8 weeks pregnant after discharge from hospital. I went UTC, they usually see where you stay to register you at nearer Polyclinic or UTC.

♥ Duration : Half day (I reached at 8am and done at 11am)

♥ Things to bring : Mother's IC (Original), wedding certificate (original)

♥ Price : FREE

Will be given a container for urine after register, the next time you come you bring along the container and fill with your urine on that morning before see nurse. First thing enter the nurse's room, open the container for them to test your urine and you may bring home your urine container for next use haha.

I didn't bring my original wedding certificate but they allowed me to bring during next visit. Thanks God.

They will ask you a lot of questions from the pink book, you have to answer and sign etc. Mine take longer time because it's label as yellow code (means high risk). High rish because I'm having twin with hypothyroid. And they need to copy all the questionnaire answers to their copy too that's why take longer time.

Giant Malaysia Hypermarket Sweep

I love to join contest, if there is any contest that no need me to mail out, 

i will join if I'm eligible. 

So I went groceries shopping with mum one day at Giant.

This random photo i snap and sent to my husband to show him what i bought.

After paid then saw this banner at the entrance. 

Not enough time to send on the spot but I'm eligible,
so i snap this photo and back home and joined.

And received call from Giant few days after that I'm one of the winner of the hypermarket sweep. 

I can get anything I want except items they mentioned in terms and condition within 15 minutes, within RM1500. But the venue is in Kuching Petra Jaya. 

How am i going to attend.
Luckily they allowed to have representative to join the game on behalf of me.

So immediately i thought of my cousins in Kuching. 

And they took half day leave to join !

Taipei 26/2-5/3/2019

8 days 7 nights Taipei trip with my parent and husband finally ended. Enjoyed the whole trip with yummy foods, beautiful places, cool weather and best companions.
